OVERVIEW
Sound Circle is a bit different from Graham Slick’s traditional sound bath sessions. It includes group sharing, new meditation styles, new sound bath instruments, yoga nidra, incense, reiki, chanting, mantra, qigong, toning, singing, humming, pranayama, and who knows what else. Every experience is unique. Things can be raw and honest, chaotic and energizing, funny and challenging, or profound and dumbfounding.
"As your guide, I open to our energy to direct the journey for each individual as well as the group in a space of safety and support." —Graham
Together, we’ll experience the healing power of sound, breath work, meditation, energy work, introspection, and heartfelt connection. Be ready to relax your mind, immerse yourself in a journey of vibrations, and build meaningful connections within a like-minded community.
New friends are warmly welcomed, as well as our non-local travelers enjoying our city.

What to Expect
(But don't expect it. Every experience is unique.)
— New Friend Introductions —
Part 1: Blessing & Spirit Leaf Ritual
The circle opens with a blessing to the space and souls. We tune the body with simple, intuitive ("somatic") movement and breathing.
Part 2 — Sound Bath Meditation
A guided meditative journey through sound with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, gong, and other shamanic instruments.
Part 3 — 2-Minute Meditation Sprint
We gently enter a 2-minute seated meditation after our cleansing sound journey.
Part 4 — Share / Incense Ceremony / Energy Release
With the sharing rattle, we share, reflect, and take a collective exhale. Occasionally, we'll release a cathartic collective yell, sigh, or laugh.
— Intermission —
Part 5 — Energy Work Sound Bath
We dive back into a more etheric sound journey, utilizing frequencies and individual energy work. We end our journey with Graham's closing of the circle ritual.
Part 6 — Farewell Song & Integration
A group goodbye sing-along and our conclusion ends with personal sharing in a supportive circle.
Goodbye Song
Goodbye, So long, Farewell my friends
Goodbye, So long, Farewell
We’ll see you soon again my friends
So, Goodbye, So long, Farewell.
(2x)
Note
Arrive on Time — Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.
Props — Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and meditation cushions are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’re inclined.
This is Active & Passive — We’ll start seated or standing, then you’ll be lying down for the sound journey. You'll sit again for the 2-Minute Meditation Sprint and incense/sharing ceremony, back down for the second sound bath, and seated again for the goodbye. We try to be gentile with our movements. It sounds like we're doing jumping jacks...the very much the opposite.
Dress Comfortably — Wear loose, cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.
Stay Cozy — A shawl or blanket will help you stay warm and comfortable, enhancing your experience.
Stay Hydrated — Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.
Nourishment — Oranges or other seasonal nourishment will be provided.
BYOS:Bring Your Own Substance — This is a cannabis integrated experience; there will be some smoke. Feel free to consume your edibles beforehand to align with the start of the session.

PRO TIPS
Blanket on Top of Yoga Mat — Having a layer of blanket underneath you does wonders for comfort.
Use the Restroom — Having to go while in a meditation is distracting.
Slippers — Thumbs up
Come with Intention — When entering into the space and interacting with others, be mindful of excited and energetic discussions. Calm and friendly is how we dig it.
Don't Put Things Above Your Head — While lying down, try to keep any water bottles, bags, and definitely phones away from the top of your head. Graham often moves around the room, keeping this area free, helps Graham do what he does.
QFA (QUESTIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED)
Do participants/students play instruments? No — The session is typically more of an active meditative experience. You'll be guided to explore different meditation, breathwork, and some mindful movement. There is a goodbye song at the end where you are welcome to sing along.
Am I required to smoke or eat edibles? No — You can come and enjoy the journey in the way that you prefer. We do not allow hard drugs.
How smoky does it get? It's really not that bad. We try to keep it intimate with 12 people. We have a larger space, and if it does get a little "too much," we can turn on the fans or open the windows. Also, there's a small atrium off of the prop closet where you can take a breather if you're feeling the call.
Do I have to participate? Yes — Be brave. You can do it.
